Effective organizational management is critical in ensuring success in competitive business environments. This paper adopts three case studies critically analyzing their approach and concepts in organizational management. The three case studies presented above provide critical points in the organization dynamics and the challenges a team faces, issues emanating from organizational change, and barriers to inclusion and diversity. Bonnie Sue Swinaski works at Western Pacific Manufacturing Company. She is an integral member of a committee that aims to improve the group's performance and surmount group dynamics issues. On the contrary, Ronnie Linkletter's attempt to integrate into the New York City Insurance Commission office illustrates the challenges behind cultural adaptation and organizational change when M&A happens. "We-Haul" informal talks highlighted known biases and discrimination occupying the industry. The case studies highlight that organizational behavior is a complex issue, and consequently, operational management must respond to the various demands of that complexity.

[...] Managing Change The Importance and Types of Change Managing changes in any organization simplifies understanding whether the changes are incremental or radical and then studying the impact of change. Change-concerned technology will be in the middle of all the fast-paced advancements of the present time (Lussier, 2021). This field includes the emergence of machines, automation, and robotics, and these all eventually lead to job simplification by involving work-simplifying devices (Hanelt et al., 2021). Product change manifests from cutting-edge technologies, realized mainly through producing new, better, innovative goods that sometimes lead to monotonicity. [...] These actors play functional and sub-role members, reflecting the dynamics of organizational behavior in complex ways. Working in the team that Bonnie Sue manages has been interesting as it has both traditional face-to-face dimensions as well as virtual elements. It has been possible to experience the effect of virtual teams, and this might help us understand how virtual teams work with issues ranging from communication to collaboration (Lussier, 2021). Virtual committees are such teams that use technology for communication and coordination (Zuofa & Ochieng, 2021). [...]
