KFSHRC-R hospital needs a monitoring and updated booking system for on calls rooms in hospitals. In this report, we are going to discuss a problem that the hospital is facing related to on calls rooms for a physician. After elaborating the issues associated with management that hospital is facing regarding on calls rooms allocation and lack of communication among different departments related to room allocation, a complete and comprehensive solution for these problems is provided which can solve all the issues of managing on calls rooms security, allocation, time table, and scheduling. A complete feasibility analysis will be provided for higher management of hospitals and administrators.

After integrating the system, hospital management doesn't need to put the efforts for managing and manually updating the schedule sheet. Hospital management is wasting time and money through this work. The solution will help them to automatically schedule and utilizing on-call rooms. Through this system, every room will be used with a proper timetable and need. [...]

By using machine learning algorithms, predictions for the next ten days, room utilization will be shown to admin and management. After every week, a report will be generated showing the comments of physicians about the facilities and complains related to on calls room services. In case of stolen things of physicians, physicians can report to management immediately through the system complains option. Physicians can search for free on-call rooms for the next two days. [...]

The system must ensure that allocation and scheduling must be done through a proper marketing strategy for satisfying needs of physicians in the hospital and every department get equal rights and resources according to system requirements.
