The operating system business is an increasingly complex phenomenon. There are different channels and processes within the same company and the operating system businesses in some companies are more complex than others. The production chain of the production process of a product is an integral part of it, and may be more or less complex. We have chosen an example of production line and asked a company to answer some answers about it.
Thus, we surveyed AXA, a French company, working internationally in the insurance field since 1985, to get an overview regarding its supply chain.
The production line includes several manufacturing operations which are essential to the achievement of a manufactured product, right from procurement of from raw materials to marketing. Here, the production line is really a supply chain and refers to services and not products. However, like most current assembly lines, the supply chain is made up of people (employees), as well as machines (computers).
This document is divided into two major parts. The first part presents a brief history of the AXA Group , and explains the situation of the company today. The second part describes the visit to the supply chain with its system of production and distribution (services, products, customers, suppliers, materials, and internal targets).
Created in 1985 by Claude Bebear, AXA is a French international group (offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Africa) specializing in financial protection, particularly in the insurance sector. AXA is a private limited company, the shares of which are held by the supervisory board and management board.
