After the first case study of C2D, the second case study titled "Bounce of C2D? is presented. This first deliverable is an overview of the project that presents the new management of stock. Schemes and explications will show our final solution, which is based to a restocking set time and quantity variable. This is based on a previous request to redefine the architecture for the new management of stock C2D.
The objective of the third deliverable is to make a study of the second hand service market and predict if it may be interesting for C2D to develop this kind of service for electronics goods. We produce two hypotheses for this service, one profitable and the other to develop a very profitable marketing tool for the company.
The solution which has been retained is the second. The second hand service will be used as tool marketing, and to privilege the fresh products.

The more expected balance, is a profit of 10 000$ but this margin is very short and the variation of sales could bring back this profit to 0. In term of image for the company, the profit is maximal for the company, and the second hand service will be a wonderful marketing tool. Considering the 33% for customers interested by the second hand service, an increase of customers between 5 to 10% in new sale service is reasonable, it's represent in term of profit, a benefit of to 500 000$ Conclusion To conclude, we advice to choose the second assumption because the increase of your image so the increase of the customers is more profitable in short and long term for the company.
