Dealing with Human Resources is an estimated tricky mission. Nevertheless, this article gives some interesting clue about how to help motivate employees in the workplace. To me, the first valuable piece of advice is to be made "actively" available to them in one way or another. I think that Managers' presence can be a real plus into working relationships. It creates cohesion, synergy and gives the opportunity to change one's view on a given task or on a specific person.

Taking distance is the good way to create new innovative paths as well as getting refreshed and, as a result, potentially more efficient and available to achieve new missions. The only reward I ever received at work was praising-which is not nothing-. Anyway, each time I receive some, I feel recognized and fulfilled with accomplishment.
