Resume - Building and Implementing a Career Plan

Abstract

Before letting you know what type of internship I do currently, I need to precise some points of my personality so as previous life and work experiences. First of all, I wanted to become layer when I was child. Secondly, my extraverted personality and my wish to discover external world has allowed to develop communication skills during my first part of life: until my 25 years old.

These experiences were very constructive to me : I have acquired the feeling that it was more important to take time to discover people rather than judged them in order to have a better understanding of the culture and thus of the current world.

It means for me that every made action since the entry in the company must benefit to the prosperity of the company. I consider that a company is a team : from the low skilled workers until the high skilled labors and a good manager is able to gather strengths and weaknesses of people in order to produce the best. However, I grant a big importance to respect.
