In light of the current rapid changes at the social and economic level, companies have begun to realize that employees are the most "valuable asset" and even the secret of their success and stability (?ulibrk et al., 2018). In addition, employee satisfaction is an essential separation factor between successful companies and the rest of the business. Therefore, it is not surprising that this phenomenon received considerable attention from leading and emerging companies alike. However, employee satisfaction is not an easy phenomenon to understand, as it is more complex than it seems, as many variables and factors overlap in it (Inayat & Jahanzeb Khan, 2021; Kumari, 2011), and here comes the role of specialists in human resources management in analyzing and clarifying the concepts associated with this phenomenon in order to improve and enhance employee morale.
