In modern workplace situations where achieving trust diversity through racism and stereotyping is indeed a huge challenge, old hiring practices remain dominant. Despite efforts to encourage inclusion with a view to removing gender, race, and other biases from decision-making, they continue to affect the process. This essay explores workplace diversity by analyzing the various complexities in human behaviors that are, in turn, hindering workplace equality and proposing possible solutions to this.

Implementing such principles in organizational policies and practices adds to impartiality, fairness, and justice among employees. This way, everyone will be treated well by their roles. In conclusion, this essay has emphasized the strenuous conditions surrounding the selection process and has highlighted the necessity of actively tackling the bias.
