The shaggy shoe shop has requested this report on their employee's job satisfaction at the Association for Human Resource Management.
This questionnaire consists of 16 questions and the employees interviewed are not required to give comments, but only to choose their answers in the following five levels: very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, neither, satisfied, very satisfied.
