Landon Care Products, Inc was acquired in January 2007 by a multibillion dollar beauty company from Europe called Avant-Garde and is now a part of that entity. Promoting Alex with a new job does not seem to be a good idea either, as he really appreciated his work and as he could take it as a kind of punition. Will being with some other managers make the person feel more comfortable as he is not the only one in that case and should it be considered as something positive that aims to enhance the capacities of a leader?
