Labor welfare is important part of industrial relations, the extra dimension, giving satisfaction to the worker in a way which even a good salary cannot. It is a comprehensive term including various services, benefits & facilities offered to employees by the employer.
Medical health care facilities for workers from an integral part of labor welfare programs in all the countries of the world. Health and medical care are broad terms embracing the economic, social and emotional life of a man. Industrial or organizational Health is essentially meant for prevention of diseases and maintenance of positive health.
In the above context the researchers intended to study about the health and Welfare measure. The project tries to get an insight into the views of the workers with regard to various health and safety measures in Mobile Phone India Pvt Ltd. The study highlights the various provisions provided by the organization to the workers.
The term health is a positive and dynamic concept and implies more than an absence of sickness. As such every organization gives importance to health and welfare programs. This not only provides protection against sickness but also ensure availability of an economic development.
