Dassault Aviation, a French industry group, accounts for 8000 collaborators, including 3000 with a site in Saint-Cloud. As a major player of the world aircraft industry, the group posts its specificity: the support of its customers. The manufacturer civil-soldier bases its strategy on products of high technology, which proposes a control of key technologies as well as costs to preserve its competitive advantage.
The Dassault Aviation group underlines the strong values which makes its force and which influences the policy of human resources of the company. The policy RH of the group seems however very centered on the social aspect within a company where technicality remains as the key. This French group owned 50.21% by the private group Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault, owned by the Dassault family.The other shareholders are EADS France (46.30%) and public (3.49%).

The measures are very heterogeneous in different services. The interest of these interviews does not seem actually to be received by Human Resources.
