This paper will deal with Detroit Labs best practice in terms of selection process. Indeed, recruitment and selection practices are determinant in the functioning of a business, as well as most HR processes. Recruiting the best people will more likely have a positive impact on the company, in many domains: performance, team building, leadership, management.
Firstly, we will briefly describe the Detroit Labs company, before presenting its culture and its approach to HR. Then, we will focus more distinctly on the selection process, and discuss why it is a benefit for both the recruitment process and the culture fit.

Detroit Labs has successfully recruited about 100 employees with this method.
