Corporate Governance, U.K, Corporate Financial Performance, United Kingdom, financial performance, corporate world
The issue of corporate governance and whether it affects the financial performance have for many rears been a center of curiosity for economic researchers. Researchers have been seeking to establish whether or not there is a direct relationship between these two forces in the corporate world. (Cadbury, 1992). Divergent views have been raised by researchers concerning this topic. (Becht. 2002)Most researchers, however, support that there is a positive correlation between the corporate governance and corporate financial institutions. (Gompers, 2003)In the United Kingdom, corporate governance has proven to greatly impact the corporate financial performances(Mallin, 2011).

[...] (Gompers, 2003)In the United Kingdom, corporate governance has proven to greatly impact the corporate financial performances(Mallin, 2011). This proposal evaluates the relationship between these two forces. In so doing, I am going to focus on works done by researchers in this area, mainly the works of Geoff Moore on Corporate social and financial performance: an investigation in the UK supermarket industry. This source interests me because it lays out clearly the misunderstandings that are usually encountered when it comes to corporate governance and financial performances in the UK. [...]
[...] Having the required software at my disposal such as Stata and Data star, I will be able to get the most realistic outcome of the data collected once analyzed. This research will have a very great impact on the whole issue of corporate governance and its relation to corporate financial performance. Since it seeks to identify the correlation of these two factors, companies can use the findings to better their companies' functionalities and profitability. References Becht. B. P. R.
