Bob Diamond established the Bank's culture to be a winning strategy that affected the bank's operations.
Following the crisis in the organization culture of the bank, most of the bank's operations were affected. A review conducted by Salz reviewed that the banking culture was to blame for the failing operations in the bank. From the Salz report, the winning strategy established by Bob Diamond drove the bank to failures that were identified by FSA, US based regulatory groups and UK lobby groups.
