A consolidation of Northern Medical and Wellness Medical into a single firm, Northwell Medical, has positioned it at a crossroads where it could transform. Claudia Leung, Medichek's renowned CFO, is stuck with the responsibility of jointly developing a virtual medical products and services mall with Medichek. She is compelled to act fast and with strategic solutions to challenges that were never previously anticipated.
The project's inception (Northweel-Medichek) lies in a common concept between Northwell's management and Medichek company officials, which created opportunities for the cooperation of both entities in medicine. Claudia's lead role in this project was filled with optimism and confidence; she is backed up by her working relationship with key stakeholders and her ability to handle everything concerning finances. Nonetheless, from the first time I regarded it as my dream assignment, it has proven rather tricky, as those were the ones I encountered.

Leaders can win stakeholders' hearts and break through resistance to change by showing their commitment to the project, making dialogue with stakeholders, and solving issues already brewed. In the emotional intelligence framework, cultural resistance doesn't hold sway.
