We decided to study the motivation of practitioners in a fitness club. After a first draft of our questions was presented to Ms. LEFEVRE, we realized that they were centered on the satisfaction of practitioners. We reiterated our request as our interests and ideas were more related to the study of satisfaction among the practitioners clubs. Thus in its final format our study seeks to measure the satisfaction of a practicing fitness club.
[...] We have managed to obtain a sample with practitioners of all ages; however, there is a predominance of 16-25years ( 37.5 in the population studied. In connection with the previous question and the age majority of people are students. The club is open to all and it contains of employees in intermediate occupations, and managers. All social classes were thus represented. We notice that the members of the club are mostly single people who have free time as opposed to married people. [...]
[...] Thus the on question which it is proposed to evaluate the club by a score of fitness give more than average, but among them did not give the maximum grade, reflecting that they are not fully satisfied. On, the questions regarding the quality and quantity of equipment, people maintain the same opinion, namely that they are "somewhat satisfied" but not more. One reason for this cautious satisfaction is that there is little development and innovation in products and services. [...] Crosstabs Sex and Age: We have found that "energy club" is popular with the younger segment of the public consisting of young men and women with an average age of 34 years. Most people attending the gym are between 16 and 25 years old. Proportionally, the data is balanced so that there is no difference in age between men and women. Administration of questionnaires: Initially, we had chosen a self-administered face to face questionnaire, but we felt the need for a much more objective questionnaire since it allowed us to optimize the quality and quantity of responses. [...] Conclusion Energy Club has opened its doors to us, because this type of study is meaningful and a constructive leadership seeks to attain a balance through our study. Furthermore, practitioners feel valued to be integrated into the club and were glad to be able to give their opinions anonymously. It is always productive for a gym to be attentive to the needs and demands of its practitioners. Finally, we attained our objective of learning to conduct and analyze a satisfaction survey.
