"In my role as sustainability manager, I am eager to launch my ideas on how sustainability has the potential to be promoted and how it will benefit the consultancy firm's strategic management core business function. A sustainable approach is more than just a popular phrase; it is a serious issue for the future and competitiveness. Implementing sustainable processes not only improves our competitiveness and lowers operational expenses but also adds value to our company in the form of sustainable, eager clients and employees. For example, let us consider the implementation of energy-efficient devices and measures that reduce energy consumption, cause less air pollution, and save money. However, while the initial phase may be challenging due to the initial investment and resistance to change, the long-term benefits greatly outweigh these difficulties. Thus, I am confident that, provided with good strategies and cooperation, we shall overcome the compelling problems and become the frontier in sustainability management for our firm."

[...]
[...] To achieve this, we should consider professional sustainability expertise consulting, participation in industry events, and lectures that provide guidance for worker training and development. This will provide the companies with the necessary skills and knowledge to help them adapt their sustainability efforts. Organizations can make significant achievements in the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through innovative measures that discourage barriers and, indeed, place sustainability at the core of businesses. For example, by concentrating on the seventh goal of affordable and clean energy, businesses ought to double the current global rate of energy efficiency improvement (Elf et al., 2022). [...]
[...] Taking sustainability as another base for our main business function of strategic management, cost savings may be realized, brand reputation can be improved, innovations can be driven, and we can contribute to building a sustainable future. The beginning may have certain drawbacks, but active tactics and joint efforts may effectively overcome the predicaments and position our firm on top of sustainable operations management. Furthermore, Accenture has launched workforce engagement programs aimed at involving employees in sustainability activities and enforcing the organization's fundamental undertakings along the way. Barriers to sustainability Sustainability in an organization is a journey that can be made by taking various measures, but the process can encounter different obstacles.
