Brokerage is a service provided by specialized companies which allow putting in relation customers and specific products. Generally for financial products, brokerage companies are the authorized intermediary between both. To be clearer, brokers are stakeholders (Source: Doc-Etudiant, Quel est le rôle des courtiers dans un marché financier, 2010) which sell or buy product to the price retained by the customer; the aim being to make profits on the provision of each order, also in relation with the size of money orders.
Indeed, financial market is very complicated where everybody through the world can buy something coming from the other side of the world. To give a more precise image, it's merely a huge spider's web where the aim of the broker is to centralize the information to contact easier each party, the one who wants to sell and the other who wants to buy. Thus, stock market gets the reputation to be a specific place where you can make or lose money very quickly, where everything is possible. However, we know that it is insufficient to attract traditional people who don't desire to invest into the stock market because the risk of losing their money is high. Actually the worst enemy for investors is a miss of information. Indeed, all stock market flows depends on the real facts. In consequence, the faster the customers get the information, the better they will manage their portfolio of shares.
