The human resources office is the head control of talents in an organization, managing entrance, movement and exit (Trost, Plank 2014). The office should work towards achieving higher value (talent) for the corporations by using effective talent management strategies aimed at raising the business performance through improved workforce enhancement. The company strategy below discusses the talent mobility in the organization. The main aim of the talent management strategy was to vendor management, and operates like a supply system.
The talent management strategy should be acquainted with the candidate's knowledge, educational levels, personal capabilities, and also the level of experience. The strategy would be incorporate critical steps for the achievement of company goals. The steps would include founding and implementing a common language to describe the company's talent resources, also referred to as taxonomy (Silzer, Dowell 2010). In addition, develop optimum workforce management strategy connected to the business strategy and utilizing the language of the taxonomy. Further, the strategy would capture all the talents in the central data store for future reference and recommendation. The organization should select employees with superior potential and who fit into the organization's culture which include serving the gamers with appropriate video consoles that will serve in them the next five to seven years.
