The virtual management system will require that each firm have teleconferencing equipment that is also functional. Due to the time differences between the locations of the four firms involved in the overall production process, there will be need for stretching the day hours in other regions so as to identify a suitable window period that is best for holding the meetings by all team leaders.
This allows for communication between the teams on production process, transmission of any changes and emerging issues between the various production activities. These may include issues about the component costs, availability, suitability and the alternatives available with regard to these elements. It also helps transmit any concerns by the client about plane specifications and variations of original models to the manufacturers. It may also help incorporate any impact of changes in regulations by the relevant air travel associations.
