The qualitative processes allow any given researcher the opportunity to advance and understand theories and information; the next step within the process of creating a solution to a situation of study is de-escalation and the implementation using the five processes of qualitative research. To understand a process and create a new way of thinking starts with the researcher and their individual understanding of larger systems and unproven processes within current situations that can be improved for the “greater good” within our society.
The process of de-escalation begins with the understanding of how the process was escalated and understanding the behavior of the individuals within the positions of process and decision making. Each portion of the process would be implemented using a different qualitative method because each department reports and tracks their results differently; this is the main issue within proprietary education.
Understanding the position of the entire process using different methods to breakdown the information allows each department to be completely understood. When each section understands the processes of each department within their own environment it will allow a ‘flow” to be developed within the entire campus.
