Apple Incorporation has been one of the most iconic business organizations linked to a charismatic, controversial but also founder, Steve Jobs. The current Chief Executive Officer of the company, Tim Cook, has to address issues and challenges faced by the corporation within a highly competitive business environment. While the company may have a robust culture and certainly an effective organizational system, it is reasonable that some critical changes need to take place within the organization to bolster the company's competitiveness. Regardless, Apple Incorporation remains one of the most recognized organizations that drastically changed and revolutionized personal computers and the electronic industry. Following the death of the company's charismatic leader, Steve Jobs, the company certainly witnessed dark periods as many of its consumers did not believe that the new Chief Executive Officer, Tim Cook, with his modest and quiet character, could drive further innovation and developments within the organization.
[...] Apple's Workspace Culture Apple's organizational culture has played a vital role in continuing the success and growth of the company. Ideally, the company has instilled an organizational culture of innovation, which focuses on the maintenance of high-level creativity that incorporates the creativity of employees and a strategic mindset that often challenges standards and conventions, particularly within the sector of electronic design (Rashid, 2022). The business organization largely depends on coherence and cultural support, which have gotten perceived as the determinants of industry leadership and competitiveness, particularly when it gets to addressing rapid and aggressive technological creativity and product development.
