[...] The determinist would say that my decision to throw the baseball came from my liking of the sport of baseball, which came from my dad teaching me baseball, and so on. And this argument is the one still debated. So what holds more water? Both arguments have their obvious strengths. Both have their flaws. The debate will probably continue until all debates come to an end. I tend to lean with the more people-friendly libertarianism. But who knows? Maybe I was predetermined to think that. [...]
