The movie I'm about to introduce is titled Twice the fall. It traces back the 09/11 events through the story of two distinct characters, Linda Vasquez and Seth Grayson, respectively confronted with psychological and political issues.
September 11th, 2001, Manhattan. The twin towers collapse, causing the deadliest terrorist attacks in United States history, with about 3000 casualties. The movie opens with the well-known images of the tragedy and takes place a few hours after they were broadcast around the world.
[...] These are the questions raised by Linda's journey. The character is a representation of every soul that had to go through the exact same thing at the exact same period. It shows greatly how - even when persuaded of the opposite - someone is never truly alone in its sadness when they live in a society that wields these common emotions. Seth is an officer of the public service; he dedicates his life and his time to making the world a better place for his citizens. [...]

The movie enlightens the fact that every event comes with a multiplicity of different stakes, disrupting as much for the common being as for the entire planet, but on different scales. [...]

More specifically, it sheds light on the political and psychological implications that everyone had to face after the attacks, as an individual, but also as a community. Even though they deal with very different kinds of issues, Linda and Seth's stories depict the effect of seizures, whether it involves an internal chaos or a public crisis. [...]
